When Andrea Hodges was 13, her family moved to Franklin County from Georgia, and she remembers looking at houses with her father. Even after her family made their move, Andrea found she still enjoyed looking at real estate. Then when she was at Franklin County High School, there was a focus on careers in her Library class. Andrea says this was when she first started thinking her interest could turn into a career as a real estate agent. However, that dream had to go on the back burner while she became a mother, spent some time in home health care, and then the restaurant business. Years went by, but she never forgot about her dream. While working at Napoli Cowboy in Hardy, Andrea found she especially enjoyed the relationships she developed with regular customers; Jody and Polly Lyons were among her favorites. When she learned they were in the real estate business, one thing led to another, and Andrea decided it was time to go after her dream. She earned her real estate license, and is eager to learn all she can to serve her clients the way she would want to be served, which has been her goal in every work situation. When she’s not working, spending time with her family of four is her favorite choice; she also enjoys watching crime series and t.v. documentaries.
