Originally from New York’s Hudson Valley, Paul worked for years as a professional photographer there; he then branched out into real estate as well, primarily focusing on residential and large properties. When he settled in Virginia a few years ago, he began to specialize in rural properties, investments, land, second homes and short-term rentals. He savors the challenge of working creatively to increase the value and utility of a home or
property, constantly expanding his already considerable
knowledge of property issues related to country living.

When he’s not helping clients with their real estate needs, Paul’s secondary interests include flying his small plane, guitar-playing, camping, buying and selling vintage merchandise, and traveling. But he finds working as a realtor can be as satisfying as outside interests. Paul says, “I truly enjoy the process of working with buyers and sellers. Real estate is a very human and emotionally
rewarding business.”
